Alex spent 16 years leading large project management teams at a top tier international real estate firm before branching off in 2019 to form Canopy Project Management, Inc. Alex has been on all sides of commercial real estate and has intricate knowledge of how all parties interact to deliver successful projects.

Doug spent 20 years in commercial construction on the general contracting side of the business before coming to Canopy. Doug brings with him a tremendous amount of technical knowledge in all-things construction and behind the scenes knowledge of the general contracting world that results in real savings for Canopy’s clients.

Pamela is a seasoned Project Management professional with over 20+ years of experience as an Owner’s Representative, specializing in high-end tenant fit-outs and capital improvement projects in the San Francisco Bay Area. She approaches every project with enthusiasm, determination, collaboration, emotional intelligence and trust.

Surya has a BA in Architecture and worked on the general contracting side of the industry before spending the last few years at a large commercial real estate firm. He has extensive experience in Landlord Work, high-end tenant improvements, and financial service projects. Surya brings lots of energy and drive to his projects to keep everyone focused on our client’s goals.

Kira has 15 years of experience in the design side of the commercial real estate world, having worked for renowned national architecture groups for most of her career. Kira is extremely detail oriented and excellent at driving the project process with a calm, but firm demeanor.

Ifeatu is a real estate professional with experience in commercial development and project coordination across tech, investment, and regulatory settings. She has supported office, lab, and mixed-use projects through design, permitting, and construction phases—focusing on consultant management, scheduling, and delivery. Her work centers on aligning teams, maintaining project momentum, and supporting well-executed, high-functioning spaces.

Kristina supports project teams in delivering efficient, high-quality outcomes. She manages vendor coordination, contracts, scheduling, and project closeout.
She brings experience across commercial workplace and large-scale construction projects, working with clients including Pinterest*, Airbnb*, Stripe*, JAMF*, Alphawave*, American Academy of Ophthalmology*, and Paramount Group*. Kristina is known for her organized, proactive approach and clear communication across teams.
