This project served as a springboard for a new major fintech firm to enter the market. Located in the Presidio, and designed by Fennie + Mehl Architects, this beautiful 14,000 sf space provides a mix of commercial and residential motifs that deliver a space focused on
making occupants feel at home. The space is also a testament to innovative procurement as it was built at the height of the COVID-19 Pandemic. The team was able to overcome supply chain issues with creative procurement strategies in all aspects of the job.
