Impossible Foods was in need of highly capable and flexible R&D and Lab space to further develop their products in a highly competitive market. Canopy was brought in to help bring online new test kitchens, lab spaces and a pilot plant to support those efforts. Canopy rapidly assembled a top tier architecture, engineering and contracting team to build out these spaces as quickly as possible and to highly specific, technologically flexible needs.
