Orrick had their headquarters lease expiring at 405 Howard St., SF (The Orrick Building) and had to decide to renew or relocate. Canopy was hired to assist with the diligence process with an extensive analysis. Ultimately Orrick decided to renew and refresh their current offices. The Canopy team jumped in and led a process that kept the project very close to the $200/SF target budget, even with a number of client driven changes and requests. Canopy delivered a revitalized space with a multi-phase in-place renovation, surgically executed, to stunning results.
