Haynes and Boone decided that their San Francisco offices were in need of an upgrade, both in location and look and feel, in order to attract the employee talent they were looking for. With a tight timeline they chose to take the full 28th floor at One Post St., which had great views but was in shell condition, down to even empty restroom cores. Canopy was hired to deliver on this tight timeline and budget after the project was already at an SD level. The Canopy team jumped in and led a process that delivered over $400K in value engineering savings mid-stream in design, while keeping the overall schedule on track. The result was a stunning space, delivered on time and under budget.
