For their San Francisco office, Canopy oversaw the construction of four floors. Heavy coordination with Reed Smith was required, as their employees occupied the space throughout the design and construction process. The new office boasts upgraded lounge / pantry areas with new appliances, updated AV in the conference rooms, high-end finishes, and a clean, modern look throughout.
Additionally, Canopy helped to manage the full renovation of Reed Smith’s Palo Alto office. Previously a research facility, the design and construction team created a high-end workspace with brand new conference rooms featuring high tech AV, a breakroom with all new appliances, and sophisticated private offices.
Both projects were delivered under budget while battling global supply chain issues in 2020.
