Upgrade was currently leasing two floors at 275 Battery St, SF that Canopy team members helped build in a past life when they decided they needed to expand into another floor.  The client brought the band back together to build a gorgeous new floor with another inter-connecting stair, boardroom and garden lounge as well as select renovations to their existing floors.  The final product was stunning and walks the line very well between a polished financial institution space and a fun fin-tech office.
